Also replacement for 41401 37 (drum without a sprocket). Note: Even marginal out of round sprockets or brake drums, a common occurrence from day one, create a noticeable tight spot. Adjust your chain on this 'tightest spot'. Always keep sufficient play to prevent excessive wear on chain and bearings of transmission mainshaft, swingarm and wheel.
