Ripe orchard fruit, white peach and citrus peel meet gentle florals and a hint of smoky reduction. A touch of natural volatility is on the palate but still plenty of aromatic lift and drive, giving the wine extra brightness and tension. The palate is textural yet weightless, concentrated, anchored by a salty, mineral spine. Long, mouth watering and ever evolving in the glass;
