The arils are small to medium in size but large in number with a beautiful yellow colour. The Galaxys aril texture is crisp and the flavour excellent. This variety was a seedling selection made at Fitzroy Nursery in Rockhampton. When taste tested, 99% of those who tasted it rated it as excellent.
