Palate: rich and complex with a  mellow smooth mid palate with vanilla and toffee apples mid-way through

some light grapes and dried fruits add a rich depth to this brandy

Palate: Smooth and very rich on the palate, soft chewy caramel wafers, fruit cake and a very subtle hint of charred apple and pears, some soft syrup, fruit cocktail, vanilla and a sublime
