A clasp constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of a national eagle clutching a large wreathed mobile swastika with a shield at the bottom of the badge, bearing the date 1939, the reverse with a functional hinge catch assembly, unmarked, measuring 44. 24 mm (w) x 30. 44 mm (h), weighing 8. 6 grams. Accompanied by a presentation case of issue (does not fit this clasp), constructed of heavy cardstock,
