The owner is Karl Mllenbach, a businessman, born March 28, 1901, who joined the party on August 1, 1932. The book is dated to January 17, 1934 and carries a facsimile by A. H. It contains stamps that signify Mllenbach paid his membership fees. They still are present, but nearly all have come loose.
