United Kingdom. A Royal Victorian Order, Commander (Cvo) Newly Listed marked "POSTKARTE" (postcard) and "HelftInstituted in 1896. In silver gilt with red, white, blue and green enamels, number impressed "998" on the reverse, measuring 50. 7 mm (w) x 54. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, chipping evident in the blue enamels on the centrepiece ring, spotting in the white enamels on the arm at 3 o'clock, scattered gilt wear, on its original full length neck ribbon with single hook and eye closure, better than very fine.
