Germany, Third Reich. A 1944 Tirol Shooting Badge Newly Listed with a large "18R" in(Schtzenabzeichen). Constructed of bronze, the obverse with a red painted Tirol style German national eagle, clutching a target overlaid by a swastika and flanked by a date of 1944, above an inscription of WEHRMANN, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, maker marked CARL POELLATH, SCHROBENHAUSEN, measuring 40 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
