A rare and striking NSDAP desk eagle, constructed of patinated bronze, consisting of a double sided Reichsadler style (rightward facing) German national eagle with its wings outstretched, perched on top of a wreathed swastika emanating from a rectangular base, in turn riveted to a marble pedestal, the base featuring a hollow channel through which the rivet and nut remain visible, unmarked, measuring 18 cm (w) x 22
