An elaborate commemorative relief, constructed of wood, the obverse featuring a hand carved scene of a male and female figure seats in an alpine style tavern, situated above a dedication of KRIEGSGEFANGENSCHAFT 1945 (PRISONER OF WAR 1945), situated with a fitted and brown painted wooden frame, the reverse riveted with a magnetic metal suspension loop, bearing a handwritten dedication of ERINNERUNG A. D.
