The design is constructed based on a vintage bomber hat

不要になった、もしくは余剰の素材を粉砕して綿から糸に戻す反毛の技術、これを応用して14番×14番の薄手のデニムを新たに開発しました。経糸は杢グレーの糸をロープ染色し、緯糸は杢グレーそのままの色で織りたてました。その心は60年代の海兵隊員用デニムの解析で、ジニングしきれない緯糸がややくすんでいたことにあります。ただ、製品をレプリカにすることなくフィルメランジェらしい味付けをしています。

Recycled means that the remains after combing extra long staple organic cotton during spinning production. We developed a best exclusive yarn for our classic T shirts after try and error. This fabric is soft but bounce resulting from our special knitting machine. This is good to wear in hot and humid situation in recent years.
